We do not accept hazardous materials like paint, oil, or chemicals etc.

How do I prepare my waste?

Simply gather your items in an accessible location. We'll handle all the sorting and recycling for you. For larger items, ensure there's a clear path for removal.

What happens if I need to change our agreed time?

Life happens so we aim to stay as flexible as possible!

If you reschedule more than 48 hours before your appointment, we’ll move you to another open slot if available at no charge.

For changes within 48 hours (including next/same day requests), a $30 fee applies and is subject to availability.

This helps us cover other customers’ schedules.

How is pricing determined?

Our pricing is based on volume. Meaning how much space your items take up in our trucks/weight for certain larger materials. We provide upfront, transparent quotes with no hidden fees.
