What items do you accept?

We accept most household items including furniture, appliances, electronics, yard waste, and other similar debris.

We do not accept hazardous materials like paint, oil, or chemicals etc.

How do I prepare my waste?

Simply gather your items in an accessible location. We'll handle all the sorting for you and load it up. For larger items, ensure there's a clear path for removal.

What happens if I need to change our agreed time?

We understand that life happens, and we aim to stay as flexible as possible!

If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. We'll happily move your appointment to another available time slot at no extra charge.

Changes made less than 24 hours before your appointment, including missed appointments, will incur a $50 fee and are subject to availability.

This helps us stay on schedule and offer fair opportunities to other customers.

How is pricing determined?

Our pricing is based on volume, how much space your items take up in our truck or trailer and in some cases, by weight for larger or heavier materials. We always provide upfront, transparent quotes with no hidden fees.

Please note that quotes based on photos or descriptions are **estimates**, not fixed prices. Images don’t always show the full scope of the job, so we provide a price range. Once we arrive and assess everything in person, we’ll give you an exact price within that range before starting any work.
