• All provided quotes are valid for 7 days from the issue date unless otherwise specified in writing.
• You agree to ensure clear, safe, and unobstructed access for our removal team to perform services.
• Payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless alternate payment terms have been agreed upon in writing in advance.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or entity at our sole discretion.
• We do not accept hazardous materials, including but not limited to chemicals, asbestos, explosives, medical waste, or any other dangerous substances.
• We are not liable for damage to property resulting from unclear access or failure to disclose hazardous materials.
